I am a published Author, trauma-informed writing coach and editor. I help women write their books, find their true voice, and heal their stories through writing and creativity.

My passion around storytelling began at a young age with my own creative journey in writing and art as a form of healing trauma. Before there were linear stories to tell, there was poetry, metaphor, my messy artistic process. I truly believe this process is at the heart of our healing and creative recovery. It’s not about the end product, but who we will become in the process of creating it.

My background is in narrative focused trauma care and embodied storytelling. I received my M.A. from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with an emphasis on The Body Is A Storyteller: Trauma, body, and integration.

This trauma-informed background bleeds into everything I do, from coaching, courses, into the books I write.

Over the years I have brought this narrative healing work to life as a publisher, editor, writing coach, course creator, and embodiment teacher. Founder of For Women Who Roar and Book Year, I am passionate about creating brands that bring stories to the world.

I am currently working on my next book. I can’t wait to share it with you! I look forward to hearing from you and what you are working on as well.

Love, Megan
